Basis of my website/story

I found an article online that gives examples of previous community story projects, some of which are still around and seem to have worked well. I'm not sure how I am going to approach creating the website though, as there are so many variations and styles. Some websites have the authors vote on which segment will be added to existing stories, while others focus on creating an experience where the user can choose what path of the story they want to read. I'm not sure what method I want to settle on. I want to allow people to be creative and to have fun; however, I want to make sure that the additions to the story are well written and consistent with the main idea. I may have multiple stories available at once so people can choose what story they want to be a part of instead of having one singular story. I don't think I will put limits on how long the story can go on, the only thing I should place limits on is how much each person can write.

20 Time Project United World Story

My 20 time project is going to be called the United World Story Project. The main goal of this project is to create a story out of nothing. If this works, then people all over the world will be able to contribute and edit a story at the same time. My goal for this project is to help the people of the world connect with each other despite physical barriers. This is going to take a lot of time and I believe that the hardest part is going to be creating the website or document and advertising it. If more people know about this, then more people will be able to pull together and create a story. The easiest part of this project will be editing and watching the story unfold due to people's efforts.
